@shahin beautiful work. It’s interesting that it looks so impressionistic. It reminds me that Sargent painted realism early in his career and impressionistic landscapes later in his career. So even his impressionistic landscapes have a sense of realism in them. I know that we could split hairs and might have different meanings for terms. You might say that there is a sliding scale between like Seurat and 100% classical realism like a Jacob Collins.

@GTO, well as you know and as I was saying before, that notion of more "impressionistic" IS the actual realism and anything else isn't! yes, it was an amazing experience. lost some of my pomegranate trees although I'm trying to resurrect them. not sure how long it"ll last but.......end of the world is near baby
