aloha - opened up a new set of Geneva oils and I am finding them way to runny, they have always been loose, but this is almost unusable - should I add a hardener / let them set a little for few days - texture is like runny butter

Not a hardener, better a neutral filler like calcium carbonate (chalk) or an impasto gel.
