You can slap me but that's the sexiest toaster I've ever seen. That color couldn't have been easy to achieve; Congratulations for that and a very well done painting. Extra kudos for the concept and word play in the title. Thanks also for explaining the colors used. That one would have left us all guessing.
Thankyou @PaulB, @alsart, @BOB73, @Summer, and @tassieguy for looking and commenting. I sold this this morning, I’m on a bit of a roll at the moment. @BOB73- the colour was pretty easy to get with the Quinacridones. No need for any slapping, that is a sexy toaster . @tassieguy- I’m always on the lookout for interesting objects and like to juxtapose seemingly incompatible objects to create a narrative ( that sounds like a whole lot of art talk wank, but true nonetheless) @alsart- since I’ve put that brush holder and paper towel holder on my easel I no longer have to wear head to toe protective gear.
@Boudicca -- Love the painting and the title -- and is that some kind of black flooring you have there? I'm sorry I have forgotten your name, I think it's Shona or something similar? My short-term memory is packing it in these days. Sorry. Don't mean to be rude. But that black flooring would go very well over my shiny white tiles, which just add to the glare in my so-called studio.
Hi @Boudicca I will look into the Bunnings tiles, very good idea. Actually, even some kind of dark coloured floor rug would probably do the trick too. I hate the idea of covering up the lovely crisp white tiles but if it helps my painting..... Thanks for the info.

I borrowed your idea of hanging the paper towel holder on the easel when I saw it in one of your previous postings.
