How to make turquoise?

I am painting my favorite subject again, sunflowers, but in a piece of American pottery that is turquoise in color. How do you make this color? I love it but it didn't occur to me how I would make it! So I have the flowers and leaves placed and now find myself in a dilemma.

Turquoise is phthalo blue, light yellow amd white.

Your photo looks to me like cerulean blue and white.

I agree with Denis, I would use cerulean, a little violet, white, and a touch of ultramarine.  To me this doesn't really look like turquoise on my screen.

Thank you all. The photo doesn't quite match the reality but you've given me great ideas!. I don't have cerulean so I will experiment with the others and see if I can match that way.

@Renoir I think I will use Phthalo Green and Phthalo blue with Titanium White.

@asifshaikh - that will make for a very bright, vivid, dark turquoise. I just mixed phthalo blue with cadmium yellow light and it was a very strong color.

Blue, yellow, white to get the value, then a touch of phthalo.
