I think I've managed to answer my own question. After some googling, it looks like the Geneva paint takes 1.5 to 2 times as long to dry. Up to about ten days. It also appears that the drying time of the Geneva is more consistent from color to color.
The M Graham paints look like a fair runner up for slow drying.
This question was mainly out of curiosity. I received my set of Geneva paints today! I also got the "portrait" videos, so I'll start working with Mark's system after I finish my current acrylic painting.
