The scene may be Morocco but the frame looks more Turkish. My uncle had several pieces he obtained in North Africa during WWII. His command of B24 s was in Libya I think.
Appears like a classic Turkish piece all around, in just about every detail if not all detail. The objects in the room, the rugs in background including the figures, the one figure's headdress, the entire theme, composition, colors and style, including the frame.

Welcome to this forum. Your painting may be by the Turkish artist
Kemal Cizer (b.1917). The style and colors are very similar and I’m
assuming your painting has been painted on board. Here is a
landscape image of his of the Istanbul Bosporus Straights also
painted in oil on board. Summer

Welcome to the Forum.
Any dates, stamps, dealers marks or annotations on the back or front?
It would help if you switch on the lights
