Alternatives for Cadmiums

I was wondering if someone knows any alternatives for the cadmium colors. Especially for the cadmium yellow light
which Mark uses.

For the yellows I found Hansa/Azo
For the reds Naphtol/Pyrrolle

Problem is that all of those colors are not opaque, but the cadmiums are. If I use semi-opaque colors, do I have to mix
a lot more of them in to achieve the same ratio?

Please let me know if someone else who fears the cadmiums and knows a work around.

yes, you can use them, you will just use more to get your color match. I like the cadmiums because as you say they are extremely opaque which I love!

I'm plenty of colours Gambin and Holbein so sometimes I use them mixed with SDM
