Colors that I'd like to create in acrylic craft paint for leathercraft

Could someone please tell what colors are needed to create and the percentage of each:
Blue Bell
Raspberry
Yellow Mist
Purple Punch
Flux
Orange Delight
Sunkist
Leaf Green
Yellow Brick Road

Where do these names for color com from? I think you would do well to look at Mark Carder's site on color.

Welcome to the DMP Forum.

I regret to tell you these color names have no currency or underpinning standards. These names are more like descriptive approximations.

The best I can suggest is to get swatches of each color and using Mark's limited palette and a color checker mix your own values. Though if the folk art folks already manufacture these colors, why do you need to mix your own?
Mark has lots of free video and tutorial material demonstrating color mixing.

I would like to create all the different shades and colors on this logo:

I tried to answer once, I'll try again. Those colors are Porcelain colors. Go to Mark Carder's DrawMixPaint site it will show you how to mix any color within reason. You'l really get answers!

RBCC213, No matter what name is on the colour you are trying to mix, you either have to do it by eye, or follow the instructions on Draw Mix Paint. If you are going to use Acrylic then you probably won't be able to use this method as the paint will dry too quickly.The Method used here teaches us to see colour accurately so we can re- produce it later. It takes a few paintings to learn this.There is no "recipe" or proportions that will create the exact colour you want. Sorry I can't explain better.

Not to mention, acrylic paint darkens when it dries, so you can't match a color precisely while mixing because it will change after it dries. And as others have said, you have to do it in person, by eye. You can't just look at a color on the Internet and figure out a precise ratio of various paints to match it with.

If you're not using acrylics, and just trying to match those acrylic colors with oil paint, then you need to buy those colors, paint a swatch, and then match them using the instructions I gave you in this other discussion you started with a different account a while back: forum.drawmixpaint.com/discussion/3820/having-the-a-problem-with-gray

@RBCC213 I found this in Germany. As on the bottle it is written in english as well, you should google around about these color, maybe you can get them near your home. They are specially made to paint on leather. I read that you have to prepare the surface well before starting (as leather seems to have some natural grease in it)... good luck!
