Just discovered this site - so great! I have been painting with acrylics...want to move into oils and could use some basic instruction. I am a multi media artist in residence at The Albany Barn - an arts incubator in the inner city. There are 22 live/work studios here - a great opportunity.

Only two - not everyone paints. There are musicians and writers.... I got in via my writing and website design. I am new to painting. Someone who is doing pretty well as far as sales go is artist Megan Ruch - who is a water colorist and acrylic painter. She shows at Sorelle Gallery in Albany.
