This explains what it is like. I don't think there's going to be any paint made with this stuff although you never know what people can do.

i was in a deep cave in pennsylvania and when they turned out the lights it was total darkness, zero light. they told us it was as black as it could get. it was erie and at the same time mystical.
there was a doctor lily doing sensory deprivation experiments in special tanks that you floated in and had total darkness. it freed the mind from the body.
