Download proplems

I am not able to download the new portrait video. David has made some suggestions and sent new dnld links. I have tried two different computers, disabled my firewall, etc. When I right click and set the save as target it does a download that last only a second and then when I check the down loaded files there is only 43 bits and no info.Has anyone else had a problem? One suggestion from David was to have someone load the three files on a DVD and then I could load them on my computer. This would have to just be the three zip files. Would anyone be willing to this? David does not have a way to make a dvd. I of course would cover any costs incurred. Any help appreciated. gfish

Hey Gary!
I'll be glad to make you the dvd as long as its ok with David. What browser were you using? I use Chrome and chose the "Save Link As" and everything worked fine. In any case, I'll make a dvd for you this afternoon.....send me a note as to where you want me to send it to!

That would be great and David can either jump in here or I can send you a copy of our emails. I tried Explorer, firefox and Chrome. Just does not make sense. I even downloaded something else to see if I could and it worked.

Yes, it's okay, he has purchased a copy. Thanks Gary! And Gary! You should be able to fit all 3 HD zip files onto one DVD.

I even had a family computer type look at it and he could not down load. I agree, reallu weird.

I am very curious now. We need to find out what the deal is, I think you are the first to have a problem like this... hmmm???

Gary, David, Mark. Recieved the dvd today and all loaded properly and I am a happy viewer. Never did sort out why I could not dnld but it is mute now for me. Over the top help Gary. Thanks my friend.

yeah... I'm having trouble downloading the part 3 in either quality. It says that link expired! I ordered the dvd few months ago... and got the free links. BTW I've seen first two parts... and for that just wanna say... thanks Mark
