When is the Geneva Studio Palette shipping out ? I ordered mine in December but there are no updates !

I was on their website today and the status was ' we're making them as fast as we can. Beginning shipments in January 2023'.

I've emailed them multiple times since New Year for paints but no reply. I was hoping for a phone number but no luck.

They have increased the price of the palette too !
