I did some drawing when I was young. Always wanted to Paint with oils but never took the time to learn. I am partly retired at 86 years old. I found Marks site on the net and am setting up a studio to take the on line training . I finely decided to learn oil painting before I run out of summers. I'm looking forward to this new adventure.

Welcome to the forum, @Red.  Oil painting is a fun experience, regardless of age.  I have been encouraging an 82 year old relative of mine to begin painting, so I can use your forthcoming experiences to reinforce that idea!
You may find you retire altogether and do painting full time.....?!
