In draw mix paint Mark doesn’t really cover portrait work,  mostly still life.  I’m moving forward because it looks like something I enjoy. This is a close-up of something I’m working on . the suns radiating on her face and her dress . it’s smaller than life size. Any suggestions so far would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to work on the proportions and placement of the facial features, they dont match up with the source.

I you imagine a line down the middle of the face you will see that you dont have the angle of her head and face correct, through its not out by much.
