Almost done. A few highlights and some things to put. After that I will share the final photo.
This is possibly the last time I'm painting this scene. I captured it when I took my father-in-law to his old house in a place called Anupshahr in Uttar Pradesh India in February for an outing. That was a happy day. This proved to be his last journey to the place where he grew up, made a name for himself as a lawyer and a social reformer. He passed away exactly after a month. I noticed earlier that the Ganges in Anupshahr generates a very melancholy feeling in me. Eventually this feeling now became permanent. Possibly not painting this scene ever again.
