Clove oil question

hey guys! Hope you are all allright

I live in Mexico and unfortunately Geneva paints can't be shipped here, so I'm trying to make some of Mark's medium, but I can't find the oil of cloves, the only thing I can find is the stuff they put on the aroma diffusors, the scent? is that the same thing?
