Folks
Came across this good idea proposed seven years ago by Via Malaga.
The benefits of the Palette Garage are:
keeping your paints fluid and open using clove oil in a sealed and transparent housing.
attaching securely to a pochade, avoiding cumulative build up in the pochade.
made of cheap and easily available materials.
this version uses Velcro dots, however later she uses blue tack or two locating pins.
better paint management, less waste and less clean up.

What about filling the tube with carbon dioxide or some other gas?
I may try a DIY one
Yep. I’m sure we all have a garage or shed full of bits and pieces that could be pressed into service.
Denis
For sure Denis.
I was thinking one of those poster/document tubes may even be better as it would also shield the paint from the light.
I went off on a tangent there in relation to garage.
