Young woman in a veil

Just another painting I wanted to share with you. The painting was executed on a 20" x 16" canvas with the usual palette of colors. If anyone is interested, these are the colors I tend to use: Yellow Ochre,  Red Ochre, or any red that has an earthy quality, along with a cooler red like Permanent Red, also Burnt Umber, Raw Umber, and sometimes a blue if required, and the usual black and white paint tubes. I do keep other colors in my paint box and I pull them out if I feel they are needed. I like using Stand oil mixed with some mineral spirits to add to my colors.
