That's a yellow-green. I'd start with a green leaning yellow (like PY3) and mix in a tiny bit of Phthalo Green (Blue Shade) - PG7 or even better Phthalo Green (Yellow Shade) - PG36, add in white and see if you can get to it.
It's yellow green but seems bit fluorescent. Adding a transparent lemon yellow (primary Yellow) will lighten but not deaden. In watercolor I would use sap green and some yellow.

I would have straightway used pure lemon yellow but you can add slight touch of ultramarine and titanium white to cad yellow is the only option in DMP palette.
