Oil paint drying stages

Hi, so having done a painting I can say I am happy to varnish and possibly sell, I need some advice on DMP paint drying. As I live in New Zealand I cannot buy Mark Carders paint (well not easily - customs is a bitch), so I followed Marks recipes for mediums. I used Norma professional oils not Winsor and Newton. My question is about the difference in sunken paint whilst drying. I notice my darks are staying glossy in patches, whilst other areas are flat. Is this a concern? The painting has been drying now for 3 months and going by the theory another 3 months before I varnish.
