My studio Lightning is a disaster

Hello! This is my little room! I have this serious light problem just because i love naturallight, but i dont have so many options. At 4/6 pm the sun is hard casting in my room by that door, when its sunset.
I would like to record myself painting, and also paint with a good light, that is costant and no changing overtime.
I paint mostly 7am to 4pm, i do not stay usually in the evening, so maybe i can use sunlight?
Sorry im bad with this type of things but i tought i can put a "mark carder" lightning chandelier at the back to fit a 45 degrees with my easel? But how do i deal with the natural light? Usually i leave door and windows open to generate fresh air.
