Burnt Umber

I hasn’t used my much loved Geneva paints in a while , and when I went back to painting recently , I discovered that the burnt umber paint had gone stiff and solid in the tube. The others were fine.
So I contacted Gamble to ask her if she could give me any advice on how to free up the paint.
She responded IMMEDIATELY , and said that there had been problems with that particular colour , the problem was now rectified , and that she would send me a tube of the new updated version.
The new tube arrived this morning , all safe in its well packaged box.
That’s what I call good service !
So , thank you Gamble. You people are so professional and such a pleasure to deal with.
