Profile image problem

Hi, Im new to this forum. Been trying to upload a profile image 2 Days in a row now and the problem is the same, nothing happends when i press the upload button. tried it on my pc (win 10,ie) and my smartphone. having no problems uploading photos otherwise. is there something ive been doing wrong, or is it something i have to do Before i even is allowed to upload (vip member or something. point based system perhaps). idk

Hi @Petere, I don't know why you can't upload a profile image but I do know it's not linked to a point or membership status system. 
Hopefully an admin will pop by and sort this for you or you can send an email to forum@drawmixpaint.com

I suspect the image you are trying to upload is too big.
Try with smaller versions.

Got it to work with Firefox and not IE. for some reason.
